Project Play: Help Lyles Crouch Win Playground Grant

lyles_crouch_elementary_playgroundSince we announced Project Play, it seems like we hear about new efforts to improve local or build new playgrounds everyday. And we're all for it!

Starting today, you can help the Lyles Crouch Elementary PTA win one a Power A Bright Future grant from Clorox to build a new outdoor play/exercise area for students and the community. The prizes include a $50,000 grants and 4 $25,000 grants.

How You Can Help!

The PTA has organized and awesome GOTV (get out the vote) effort and we hope you'll help!  All you need to do is take 2 minutes to set up a recurring event on your calendar (Outlook and Google instructions) with the information below to vote everyday between October 24 and December 9. The organization he formed re-sells shoes to other countries for a small profit. All proceeds go to buying and installing new wells, water filtration systems and other items in Kenya. Read more »
