Mission

In 2007, Old Town Civic Association, Inc. was formed to further the purpose for which the organization was originally founded.  That purpose is to preserve the historical and residential character of  Old Town, Alexandria.  OTCA takes major responsibility for meeting the increasing challenge of maintaining a high quality of modern life in our historic community.  We cordially invite you to become a member of the OTCA and to participate in our efforts to ensure that Old Town retains its unique character.
