Mission

The NorthEast Citizens' Association (NECA) of the City of Alexandria, Virginia is a non-profit organization working with its members to preserve the livability of our neighborhood. The goal of NECA is to keep its members informed of changes in the neighborhood that may affect their quality of life and help them form reasonable courses of action to deal with these changes.
