Friends of Guest House is a nonprofit organization that provides a temporary home for women recently released from prison who need basic support services to facilitate a new start in life and successfully transition back into society. Friends of Guest House offers structure, supervision, support and assistance to women who sincerely want to improve their lives and break the cycle of incarceration.

Help Friends of Guest House Raise $500 to Transform Women’s Lives

Approximately 5,000 women are incarcerated in Virginia. Without the assistance and support from programs like Friends of Guest House, over 70% will likely reoffend upon release. Help us raise $500 for basic essentials the women of Guest House need to successfully rebuild their lives.

What Is Friends of Guest House?

The only program of its kind in Northern Virginia, Friends of Guest House has offered structure,supervision, support and assistance to women who sincerely want to improve their lives and break the cycle of incarceration for over 35 years. Residents receive the physical and emotional tools they need to begin a new life through self-sufficiency, and leave with hope and a brighter future.
