Did you know nationally 700,000 teens become pregnant each year? Here in our own backyard, Alexandria has one of the highest teen pregnancy rates in Northern Virginia.  It is the mission of the Alexandria Campaign of Adolescent Pregnancy (ACAP) to see that rate decline.   “Teens Talk,” a group of T.C. students working in conjunction with the Alexandria Campaign on Adolescent Pregnancy (ACAP), is hosting a free event on Saturday, October 1 after the football game at T.C. Williams. The event will run from 5:30-7:30 pm on the parking garage side of T.C., and will feature music, fun, free food, and giveaways! To register, text “Keep it 360” to 30644.  For more information visit KeepIt360.org or contact Becky Griesse at 703.746.5030 or rebecca.griesse@alexandriava.gov.
