Community Partners for Children is a community-based nonprofit organization that works to better the lives of needy children in Alexandria, Virginia.

About

Community Partners for Children is an all volunteer, community-based, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in Alexandria, Virginia, and has dedicated itself to assisting children in need since 1991. Throughout the year we collect school supplies, toys and other items and distribute them to disadvantaged children. Our close working relationship with the Alexandria Department of Human Services, public school social workers, as well as various community service organizations allows us to provide assistance to those most vulnerable in our community: our children.

Thanks to the amazing response, we met our $1,000 goal on the first day. So we've doubled our goal to $2,000.

Rose, 64, is up early in the morning to see her three grandchildren Tammy (6), Davis (4), and Mike (2) off to school.
