It Destination_Abricots_Logohas been two years since the Haiti earthquake. If you'll remember, many activists and stars alike joined together to provide relief for those who were suffering in Port-au-Prince and across the countryside. The relief effort was remarkable, but many Haitians still have not received the relief that is so desperatetly needed. Port-au-Prince has been slowly losing its population as people make their way into the countryside. Villages like Abricots have been experiencing growth as this exodus occurs.

Abricots: Not the Fruit.

Abricots is a small fishing village located in the Grand d'Anse region of Haiti. The roads leading to the region are almost impassable during the Rainy Season. There are 4 local orphanages in Abricots housing several hundred orphans that have been transplanted to the region due to the 2010 quake.
